Our selection of flour & grain. All flour milled weekly at our shop in Cambridge MA on our Vermont built stone mill. Grains are sourced regionally whenever possible. Always direct from farm to us! Please note that we mill throughout the week. Flour orders are milled on a rolling basis and orders will be shipped out within 7 days of your order. Also some of our grains/flours are only available at the shop due to limited availability.
