You received the wrong item

Sorry about that! We'll send you a return label to ship the item back to us in its undamaged, original packaging. Once we receive the item in good condition we can either send out the correct item or provide you with a full refund. Give us a call at 617-945-0045 or email us at

Item is defective/damaged

Well that’s not good! While we stand behind the quality of all our products there are sometimes manufacturing issues we are unable to catch. If there is a manufacturing defect we’d ask you to contact the manufacturer first. They often have great warranties on their products and will handle the issue directly. If that doesn’t work, or you’re unsatisfied with their solution please contact us and we’ll handle this on a case-by-case basis.  

If the item was damaged during shipping please take a photograph of the damaged packaging and contact us immediately.

I just don’t want it anymore!

We get it. Sometimes you change your mind. We happily accept returns on nonperishable products for full credit within 90 days of purchase, only if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping is nonrefundable and you are responsible for packaging and shipping it back to us. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in good condition. 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of perishable items (including flour and grain).
