Glenn is our workhorse whole wheat flour. High strength and reliable with a mild grassy flavor. We often turn to Glenn when we want bread with a nice chew and a high rise. Use Glenn is any recipe calling for whole wheat. Our sifted Glenn has the largest pieces of bran removed to improve it's baking qualities in bread and other applications.
