Made of Indonesian rattan, these baskets are perfect for proofing 1-1.5# oval loaves. Dust liberally with flour (we recommend rice flour) for best results. Bread proofed in these coiled baskets will show a decorative coil pattern on the final loaf. Pair with Linen Basket Liners to increase your basket’s functionality.
Care instructions
- After baskets dry tap out residual flour. If dough remains stuck, scrape off with a stiff bristle brush to remove.
- Avoid soaking these baskets as they are made of natural material and can mold or warp. If you must soak make sure to dry completely before storage.
